"How to
Consistently Pitch and Hit with Confidence --no matter
what"
Listen to how one coach used these programs to
break through to the World Series after 12 years of coming up
short. "We'd never been to the World Series in the
history of our school..."
And click here for an article on how
great their experience was at the WS
(Coaches, be sure to check out the complete
mental training program here).
A routine is a player’s “success
system.” It’s a set series of steps he takes before each
pitch to consistently perform at or near his best – regardless
of his circumstances.
When players ask me: “What
should I do in a game if ‘X’ happens or if I feel [insert any
feeling]…” my ultimate answer boils down to “Focus on
executing your routine.”
To enable players to
develop a simple, powerful routine (and for coaches to be able
to teach this), I’ve created two separate, specialized
programs:
1) “Dominate”:
The Hanson Method for PITCHING with Total Confidence,
Focus, Composure and Consistency -- Regardless of How Good Your
Stuff Is (1 hour, 8 minutes)
2) “Zoned-In”: The Hanson
Method for HITTING with Total Confidence, Focus, Composure and
Consistency.Includes the mental game of defense (1 hour 45
minutes).
You sit in as I take a
pitcher (in "Dominate") and a hitter (in "Zoned In") through
"The Hanson Method," my specialized system for developing a
pre-pitch routine.
You’ll see step-by-step exactly
what to do on the field between pitches to be powerfully
confident, laser-focused, and relentlessly
consistent – no matter what’s happening in the
game around you.
Each program
comes with a DVD and a manual over 50 pages long
that include worksheets and tools for trouble shooting your
routine.
Price: $59 each, or save a
bunch and get both for $79.
