Confidence Conditioning for Baseball

The Confidence Conditioning for Baseball Program targets my first goal: for you to learn to generate feelings of confidence whenever you want, regardless of your recent results.

The first of two CDs in this program takes you through the mental game principles I feel every player should know, every coach should teach, and every parent should use to guide conversations with their sons. 

Like physical strength, mental strength can be conditioned into you through exercises and repetition. 

The second CD provides over 17 mental training exercises for developing mental toughness.  Put the tracks on your mp3 player and you will “train your brain” for success any time, any place.

Pitching and Hitting Systems

To meet my second goal (for you to stay focused and composed under any pressure situation), you need to have a rock-solid pre-pitch routine. 

A routine is a player’s “success system.”  It’s a set series of steps he takes before each pitch to consistently perform at or near his best – regardless of his circumstances.

When players ask me: “What should I do in a game if ‘X’ happens or if I feel [insert any feeling]…” my ultimate answer boils down to “Focus on executing your routine.”

To enable players to develop a simple, powerful routine (and for coaches to be able to teach this), I’ve created two separate, specialized programs:
